I'm not going to ruin this moment with too many words. We heart this quilt. Big time. CityCrafter Roxane used several fabrics from CityCraft to complete this quilt for her 20 year-old daughter, and if I wasn't a law-abiding citizen I would nab it when she wasn't looking. MEOW! There are so many reasons why I love this tutorial. For starters, my parents' cat that is older than time, Hattie, is in the habit of squeezing herself into a small, wooden folk art house of my mother's, and peering out the window like Alice in Wonderland after the "Eat Me" cake. It's remarkably entertaining. Moreover, the creator of this tutorial, SewTakeAHike, mocked it up in Denyse Schmidt's Hope Valley! Check it out and then try it out yourself.
