Who couldn't love a quilter that names one of her designs Drunk Love in a Log Cabin??? We are head over heels for the modern quilting work done by Denise Schmidt - her work has such a modern simplicity that really appeals CityCraft's streamlined sensibilities. Which is why we are so excited to announce that a shipment of her Single Girl quilt pattern just arrived in the store. The pattern includes easy-to-use instructions, patterns, measurements, and quilting template to create your own Single Girl quilt in baby, twin, queen, or king sizes, and the Single Girl sham. Come and get it, CityCrafters!

Lula B's Opens New Location
Callie W-L - Tuesday, October 27, 2009

Nearly half of all the fixtures at CityCraft were discovered at Lula B's Antique Mall on Greenville Avenue here in Dallas. I can't remember the last time that I paid them a visit when I didn't spot something that I just "HAVE TO HAVE". Forget Grandma's attic, too. Lula B's is a mid-century modern-lover's dream. The funky divider screens in our window? Lula B's. The melamine cubes? Lula B's.

How excited are we that Lula B's is opening a new location? BA-nanas. Check out the announcement in today's Daily Candy about the new digs on Industrial. I can't wait to scope it out for some more CityCraft fixture goodies.
